We stayed in a room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji, and the sight from the bed at night was simply amazing! The room also had a lake view option, but we chose the Mount Fuji view, which was the highlight of our stay. The female staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The shuttle bus service in the morning made our travel so convenient. Right in front of the hotel, there was a boat you could take on Lake Kawaguchi, and just beyond the bridge, the view from the park was also fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was very comfortable, though we didn’t use the shower as there was a large public bath on the first floor. The public bath was great, and bike rentals were available as well. It seems breakfast wasn’t provided, but there are many restaurants around the area offering various types of food. The nearest convenience store is about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, an absolutely amazing stay—5 stars!

We have a room facing fuji, it is on the left side of the hotel and the view is brilliant in the morning. Staff are excellent, very nice to our questions and very responsive. We arrived at the train station but couldn't make a phone call so we texted them in the apps, and they are so responsive and pick us up at the station. (there is a phone machine right outside the gate for 10yen and station staff are also very helpful). Ozen facilities and hotel itself are old but clean and you can tell it is a traditional hotel. I am enjoying the historical vibe personally. Location is excellent, the hotel is located on the sightseeing bus route and it's only 10 mins by bus to cable car station and sightseeing boat pier. I recommend people who stay in this hotel to buy a day pass for the bus because only going to the Oishi park is 540 yen for one way. It is a good value of money.

The location of the hotel is on an early develop side of the lake, therefor the hotel is considering old but it still fully functional. The building is facing east toward the lake and Mt.Fuji is behind the hotel. Futon (Japanese style bedding) is good and clean. There were no breakfast included but you can buy a breakfast set for 500 yen, and it's not available everyday. They're also rules and regulation to follow, just like every hotel in Japan. The nearest Lawson is 7 minutes walk from the hotel. The best thing I like the most is the local wine cellar at the hotel lobby. You can taste the local wines of choices for a reasonable price.

The staff is very good and helpful. We were able to communicate with them in English. They have a bus service from the station to the hotel at certain times, which is very convenient, 50 meters from the station exit on your right. Otherwise, take the red bus, which will stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is comfortable but could use a facelift. Its location is excellent near the lake, and a 15-minute walk from the station. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness. You also have a good view of Mount Fuji from the hotel. Enjoy your stay.

Old hotel, room space just nice choose with tatami bed. Free shuttle provided from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel with time provided. Arrived an hour earlier so we have to wait and then only called the hotel to pick us up. Would be better if the shuttle service is available at any time. 1 pillow provided for each bed and asked for extra pillows. Good surrounding, next to Kawaguchiko Herb Hall , mosque (can get halal food here) and La cremia ice cream shop. Bicycle rental is available here. Staffs are helpful and friendly
